Returns - Unused items (within 30-days)
We are sure that you will LOVE your Swag goodies, therefore, we don’t think you’ll need our returns policy. However, if you change your mind (before using your items) or make an error with your purchase, and you’ve ordered through us directly, you are welcome to return them to us within 30 days of receiving your goodies. Please note: All items returned must be unused and in a pristine, re-sellable condition. If the tag, twine and booklet aren’t returned with the products, we won’t be able to accept the return or issue a refund. Once we have received your return and confirmed that it has been unused, we will refund the cost of your returned goods minus shipping fees.

Store-Bought Faulty Goods Returns
Swag Australia adheres to the Australian Consumer Law for consumer guarantees and returns. If you believe a product is faulty, please contact the store from which you purchased the product. The product must be returned with proof of purchase and all component parts. The item will then be assessed at the point of return and if deemed faulty, exchange or refund will be issued.
Direct Online Faulty Goods Returns (purchased on our website)
Should you believe a product is faulty, please email us immediately with your proof of purchase, an image of the product's fault, and a brief description of the fault within two months of purchase. Please do not return products without first contacting us at info@theswag.com.au.
Express Checkout/Buy it Now Purchases The customer accepts full responsibility for any custom charges, duties & taxes on orders shipped outside of Australia.
Disclaimer
Before use… please wash your Swags in a cool machine wash as this activates the cotton layers and wipe down your fridge and crisper with white vinegar.
Your precious Swags have been pre-washed however as it is a natural fabric, a small amount of shrinkage may still occur even with correct handling. (We’ve made our Swags bigger to compensate for this). Washing your Swags on a cold gentle wash will help reduce the chance of shrinkage - and avoid the dryer!
The Swags do not ‘need’ to be in the crisper of your fridge, so if you run out of room in your crisper it will still work well even in the shelf-space of your fridge as long as it is kept damp.
The Swag is a 100% natural product and it needs to be cared for. With proper care your Swags can last for many years. Machine wash your Swags roughly every two weeks or as needed. Although it's rare, if you don't follow the 'before use' steps or follow the care instructions then your Swags may become affected by mould.
Care Instructions;
Turn inside out, shake out veggie crumbs and cool machine wash preferably using a plant based detergent. If you are using regular detergent, we suggest dousing The Swag with white vinegar and putting on an extra rinse cycle. this will remove soap residue and turn them back to their natural state. Dry in full sun (if possible)
