Refund policy
Returns | unused items (within 30 days)
We are sure that you will LOVE your Swag goodies, therefore, we don’t think you’ll need our returns policy. However, if you change your mind (before using your items) or make an error with your purchase, and you’ve ordered through us directly, you are welcome to return them to us within 30 days of receiving your goodies.
Please note: All items returned must be unused and in a pristine, re-sellable condition. Once we have received your return and confirmed that it has been unused, we will refund the cost of your returned goods minus shipping fees.
The customer is responsible for the full cost of the return postage. We are happy to help you with your decision-making process, so please don’t hesitate to contact us before ordering.
Returning an item
- Simply email us with details of the product you wish to return along with your proof of purchase as your first step. We will then send you our address to return your item/s to.
- Please then pack the products safely and carefully into a suitable package (you may re-use the original packaging goods were delivered in). Please note: The customer is responsible for the full cost of the return postage. We highly recommend registering your parcel (this adds tracking details) as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
- Once we receive your returned items and can verify that the item/s are unused and undamaged, we will send you an email confirming that we will refund the cost of your goods minus postage. Please allow 3 – 7 days for the refund to appear on your credit card to allow for bank processing.
For an online return: Simply email us with details of the product you wish to return along with your proof of purchase. We will provide you with return postal address and details. Please pack the products safely and carefully into a suitable box and address the parcel to Returns Team, Swag Australia Pty Ltd, PO Box 5155, Greenwich, NSW, Australia 2065 and drop it off to your local Post Office. We also highly recommend registering your parcel as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we receive the parcel and can verify that the items are unused and undamaged, we will send you an email confirming that we will refund the cost of your goods minus all postal costs. Please allow 3 – 7 days for the refund to appear on your credit card to allow for bank processing.
