Ingredients:
- 2cms fresh ginger, peeled
1 cup apples peeled, pip removed and cut into cubes
- ¼ cup apple cider
- 2 cup raw kale, roughly cut
- 2 celery stalks, ends trimmed
- 2 oranges, peeled and quartered
Method:
- Wash and prep the ingredients
- Put everything in a juicer or juice extractor
- Strain the juice for a better texture, or drink with the pulp for a daily fibre intake
